Stanford University Social Sciences Position

Stanford University seeks candidates whose teaching and research are focused on contemporary Korea for a tenure-track faculty position in the social sciences at the junior professorial rank. All applicants in the social sciences with expertise in Korea will be considered. The position will be jointly held in the School of the Humanities and Sciences and in the Freeman Spogli Institute for International Studies (FSI), with an expected start date of September 1, 2008. The successful candidate will be expected to provide leadership for further development of the study of Korea at Stanford.
